COVID-19 Restrictions – Going To Court

There are currently a number of restrictions on what you can and can’t do and where you can and can’t go.

Covid-19 - Court Attendance

Under Order 5(1) the Minister has directed that a person must not without reasonable excuse, leave the person’s place of residence.

“UNDERTAKING ANY LEGAL OBLIGATIONS” is regarded as a REASONABLE EXCUSE under Schedule 1 of the Public Health (COVID-19 Restrictions on Gathering and Movement) Order 2020 (NSW).
